it was maastricht. We've been cycling, played golf,
got sunburnt, visited the largest sauna complex, and strolled
through the city of Maastricht. I've only taken a few
pictures because others had much better camera's!

i'm going on a surprise weekend with a group of friends.
Every year it's someone elses task to organize, and to
everyone else it's a secret. When it was my turn we rented
a boat for 8 and navigated it through the canals of
northern France, passing tons of locks made it really
exciting for us unexperienced drivers.

I looked her up because of her beautiful name,
and found this beautiful work.
it must have been more than 10 years since i last helped
giving birth. It was nice to help my dad with this one.
she always looks so amazing, no matter what she's wearing.
i started wearing boyfriend jeans because she made
them look stylish (and comfier than skinny ones).
i celebrated a friend's birthday with cake for two in the park
yesterday. the wind kept blowing our matches out.
In Bordeaux we visited the museum of modern art,
with an exhibition on Renzo Piano. the three top pictures
are the maquette for centre culturel jean-marie Tjibaou
in new caledonia. this is definitely my favorite creation
of him. you can find the end result here.
i just discovered these beautiful lamps by ana kras at
madame hervé's. I'm catching up on blog reading,
seems like everyone has been so busy.
we've had snow, sunshine, fog and showers, trying to get
a glimps of France in one week. It was a lovely trip,
hope you all had a nice week too!
