so simple i like it. found at cibone

elianne always has the best recipes for lemonade. Last year
i made her ginger-lemongrass lemonade which was stunning,
and now she's showed me how to make lemonade of
elderflowers. My grandpa helped me pick elderflowers in the
back of their garden. I was a little scared seeing him climb
on the ladder, but he wanted to do the climbing, i just had
to make sure he wouldn't fall. I just tasted my first glass
and it is delicious! Maybe because there's not only elderflowers,
but also a little love added.

- sunflowers all over the place, i planted many seeds to
make sure i had one, and now i have 10.
- The neighbours' cat going for a walk.
- My old vest fixed with woolfiller.
- And lemoncake! one burnt, the other one is perfect :)

feeling a little funny browsing through martha stewart's blog
and actually liking some of the ideas. She tried out dipping
a woven basket in a load of paint. It does look nice!

a new film by miranda july is coming up this summer.
You can already find the trailer here. they say it's a lot
different from her previous one "me and you and
everyone we know" and a little darker too. i'm very curious.

vintage design by Hans Brattrud, back in production
thanks to Fjord Fiesta (+1 for the name!).
Found at Marchant no 4.

you remember the book sale? I went there the first day and
walked out with a pile of books for hardly any money! i just
couldn't manage to let such a bargain pass... i will find a
spot somewhere. Oh and i bought the nicest buttons from
martha verschaffel.
have a great weekend!

i wish it would be spring for ever. It's so nice to be out in
the evening and just wear a sweater.
- clothes at mnzstore.

Yesterday i went to see Pina in 3D. I left the cinema
theatre overwhelmed and full of emotions. I wish
i could see one of her pieces live.

great news! 'de letterfontein' which must be one of the best
books on typography available is now published in english too.
The dutch edition was rather small and exclusive, but this
english one is available at taschen in the same layout. It will
show you things you hadn't noticed before, a musthave if
letters fascinate you.
Oh and tonight i'm finally going to see the movie Pina.
I'm excited! (my first 3D experience too!)

a ballet flashmob, a concert on the rooftop, hearing one of
my favorite songs live and fireworks in the end. 3 great days
celebrating the opening of a new museum, think i'm going
to enjoy one more day tomorrow. I haven't even had the time
to go inside!
