i'll be off for a few days.
On friday 29/4 the documentary film festival starts in Leuven.
There's many films i want to see, like Pina, a 3d ode to
choreographer Pina Bausch or the rough but poetic Living room
of the nation that has these trailers that make me giggle...
enjoy your week!

a little bit of fluo for this summer? i would stick to the belt,
but i like the more daring outfits too.
(rue blanche and essentiel)

being a blogger has its advantages, i received an email from
Kavita to tell me about the IOU project, in which
unique fabrics and clothes will be created and each
product's story will be shared with the new owner.
Quite like that idea in today's anonymous world.

you might already have heard of kesselskramer's series of
found footage booklets in which he shows a series of
pictures that he (usually) finds in flea markets, that
tell a special and obvious story, no words needed.
In this booklet he shows a series of +60 pictures of a
family's attempt to make a decent picture of their dark
black dog. Unfortunately, due to their limited camera,
the dog always ends up as a black 'blob'.

a stunning furniture shop in Beijing! i found it through
heart charlie, whose boyfriend has opened this store on the
other side of the world.

irregular shaped objects by vasa. Would love to have
one on my bookshelf to see the light fall into it.

i'm really fond of the verzameldwerk gallery. Last week they
organised the workshop, now they're doing a presale
of xavier brisoux's winter collection. (2 days only)
