at st-lucas Ghent i saw this tiny room entirily colored
with charcoal, adding lights and ladders to climb the space,
creating a dreamy landscape.

for years i have walked past this building, wondering about
the glowing tunnel i could see through the window.
This week for the first time i dared to ring the bell and
enter this beautiful shop/gallery. I couldn't take
pictures of the current exhibition, but if you're
slightly interested in beautiful typography and book-design
i think this is your place.

i got a private tour around a friend's graduation show.
Lovely to see what someone can do when they give
him the space to work it out.

My exams went great, but still i'm anxiously waiting the results.

the news

today my favorite writer passed away. Only last week
i saw his last book in portugese in the library,
looking forward to the translated version and i will enjoy it
like the last episode of a beautiful series.

distracted while studying

tomorrow i have my final 5 exams for this year!
Just one more year to go and i'm an 'expert' in
graphic design. i'm glad i took these extra classes
on saturday.
